At Retro Game Repair Shop, we want to ensure your vintage hardware projects are a success, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most unused and unopened components. Please note that parts showing signs of installation, soldering, or modification are not eligible for return due to the delicate nature of DIY electronics.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and have not been soldered, glued, or otherwise installed into a console.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Carefully pack the components in a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent static or physical damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Mail the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method and wait 3-5 business days for inspection and refund processing.
